Welcome to Joy Oyebisi Tutoring. By engaging our tutoring services, and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered

We provide tutoring services in Chemistry as well as self paced courses and small group classes. Tutoring sessions and group classes are conducted online mostly via zoom, and are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student or the group class need.

2. Booking and Payment

Scheduling: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You can book via the website, through email, whatsapp, text messages or phone call.
Payment: Full payment is required before the session/within 24 hours of booking. We accept payments via interac transfer(canada residents only), paypal, wise and stripe
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations made after this time may incur a fee, 50% charge.

3. Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests can be made via email, whatsapp, text messages or phone call.

4. Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during tutoring sessions.
Disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All personal information and student progress will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent. See our Privacy Policy
