Chemistry is one of the most difficult subjects in school, but with the right tutoring it can be very easy to understand. I started tutoring to help students overcome their struggles with understanding Chemistry.
Every student is different and as such require a good guide tailored to their learning methods and needs. Generally, tutoring has helped a lot of students not only to pass their examinations or tests but has also helped to boost their confidence.
Meet Joy
Hello! My name is Joy Oyebisi, I love teaching, tutoring, mentoring, encouraging and coaching students. My goal is to help as many students as possible to excel in their academics and overcome their struggles with Chemistry.
I hold a Ph.D in Organic Chemistry and have over 5 years tutoring/teaching experience in Chemistry. Thanks to the internet, I have had the opportunity to teach/tutor students from different countries, schools and levels. In addition, I love research and have successfully authored and published a couple of academic papers in peer review and open access journals. I also create Chemistry tutorial videos on YouTube occasionally, I’m a wife and a mom of 3 handsome boys.
I understand that every student is unique and patiently guides them to success. My Online Chemistry classes are interactive, engaging and fun. Students learn and understand Chemistry concepts and also how to apply them to answering exam/test questions relevant to the topic they are learning.
Furthermore, I have 5 years industrial experience in Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Environment. I believe so much on self improvement and continues to improve myself daily, to be in a better position to help more students, achieve their academic goals.
